I got a gameover due to stress during day 4 on the bad ending and I think it broke the game cus then it turned into a normal day and started at 12, I tried waiting for night time but it didn't go back to normal when it did
Thank you for the comment, I might look into when I have the time. I'm working on several projects at the same time so, I'll get to it if I have the time :)
Didn't finish it, but it was really fun! The new mechanics on how Hayami-chan was stalking the detective and the dream sequences got to different endings were really nice touches!
Only figured out there were things to find in the dream sequences when I went back to this page and saw it. So maybe adding an indication that there were things that the players might find would be good if you ever update the game? (Then again, I could have totally missed the sign, that's on me)
But innovating on the first game is really shown here and it really was well done and really fun! The good and bad points were an interesting mix into things and I personally thought it was a cool addition as it could cause different endings and added incentive to replay the game!
Not sure if I did something wrong, but the game reset to the very first day even after I passed a day. Knowing that the other games saved after the days, thought it was strange that this didn't have that. But I could have glitched it by accident or something.
The graphics really were neat and added to the fact that Hayami-chan was an anime character, and it also enhanced the dream sequences and made everything that much more creepier.
Overall, it was pretty fun and definitely added to the lore and world of the Hayamiverse! The different gameplay I thought was great and added a layer to the game that made it stand out and was fun! Great job on it and can't wait to see what's next; good luck for the next project and do take care!
Holy crap, I didn't know you could hold down the button until 10 minutes in.... Overall I enjoyed the game a lot, I would maybe speed up the rate at which you complete your work. I think the supporter package is a great idea by the way! It came with really cool stuff! Great job!
I'll say that, as someone who didn't play Hayami Chan 1, the minute to minute gameplay is exceedingly drab. The premise itself was curious enough, and I feel the FNAF inspiration, but it was the main gameplay loop that was boring. The nightmare sequences were curious (I would have liked more stuff to do), the story was done well enough, and I adore the art direction. But man just holding down the mouse button to do paperwork until the 'stress' meter rose to a certain amount was a drag.
Alot more things to do and that's what I like. I only wish relaxing at the window reduced stress a bit faster (especially with the flavor text and all that).
